AI Agent Reliability & Governance Engineer
Own the reliability, security, and governance backbone of the vroic agent execution runtime. You will build the systems that keep AI agents predictable and safe at scale — token budget management and optimisation, circuit breakers, retry strategies, rate limiting, structured audit trails, correlation tracing, and the security guardrails that harden agent-to-service boundaries.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of backend or distributed systems engineering experience
- Hands-on experience building resilient systems (circuit breakers, bulkhead patterns, graceful degradation)
- Strong understanding of LLM token economics and techniques for prompt/response optimisation
- Familiarity with security controls for AI workloads — input validation, auth hardening, rate limiting, secrets management
- Proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js; Python a plus
Semantic Search, Knowledge Graph & GraphRAG Engineer
Build the retrieval and knowledge layer that powers AI agent context. You will design vector search pipelines, knowledge graph schemas, and GraphRAG architectures that give agents accurate, grounded information at the right time — replacing brittle prompt stuffing with structured, traversable knowledge.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years working with search systems, embeddings, or graph databases
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or similar)
- Experience with knowledge graph tooling (Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, or similar)
- Familiarity with GraphRAG patterns and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills
Frontend Engineer
Own the visual workflow builder and the developer experience from end to end. You will build interactive canvas editors, real-time data displays, and the kind of interfaces that make complex systems feel approachable. React 19, Next.js 15, and a deep care for craft.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of frontend engineering experience
- Expert-level React and modern CSS (Tailwind)
- Experience building complex interactive UIs (editors, canvases, data-heavy UIs)
- An eye for design and obsession with polish
Enterprise Integration Engineer — SAP, Oracle & Beyond
Build and maintain deep integrations with enterprise systems — beginning with Oracle and SAP and expanding to the broader ERP/CRM landscape. You will design API connectors and adapters, handle complex data mapping, manage OAuth/credential flows, and ensure reliable enterprise data pipelines that AI agents can operate on with confidence.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years working with Oracle, SAP, or similar enterprise APIs and data models
- Experience designing ERP/CRM adapters and integration middleware
- Strong TypeScript / Node.js skills
- Comfort with enterprise authentication flows (OAuth, SAML, API keys)
